Andrew Malis

Andrew Malis is a telecommunications expert with extensive experience in network architecture, standards development, and consulting. Currently a Partner at Interisle Consulting Group since January 2021, Malis also serves as a co-chair of the Pseudowire And LDP-enabled Services working group within the Internet Engineering Task Force since 2010, contributing to over 40 IETF standards documents. Additional roles include being a member of Treehouse, a GLG Scholar in the Telecommunications Council of Advisors at Gerson Lehrman Group until March 2023, and holding previous positions as Principal at Malis Consulting, Distinguished Engineer at Futurewei Technologies, and Services Area Director at the Open Networking Foundation. Malis also has a strong academic background with degrees from Brown University and Harvard University in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science.
