Anthony Stansberry

Anthony Stansberry is an experienced business development professional with a diverse background in the real estate and construction industries. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Treehouse Builders since April 2025, Stansberry previously held key roles including Chief Operating Officer at Monarch Development and Vice President of Business Development at American Homes 4 Rent. Earlier positions include Director of Investments at FirstKey Homes, Director of Sales and Leasing at ResiBuilt, and Regional Sales Manager at Progress Residential®. Stansberry began a career in sales and operations management in 2004 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of South Florida, complemented by further education at the Online Trading Academy.
