Rich Radice

Rich has over 20 years of experience in the accounting and finance community with an emphasis on supporting development stage companies. An accountant by trade, Rich has developed a particular expertise in helping these early-stage companies’ structure and navigate both foundational and strategic elements of their organization.

In recent years, Rich has developed an expertise in the FinTech space and currently occupies the CFO role of Movencorp, Inc., one of the original challenger banks in the US. The company delivers a digital financial wellness engagement platform to both financial and non-financial institutions, through global enterprise SaaS and US Direct-to-Consumer delivery strategies. Throughout his tenure, he oversaw a $10MM Series C capital raise as well as a secondary offering. He continues to manage the organizational imperatives including capital, operations and strategic focus.
