Charles Adams

Charles Adams has a strong background in procurement and risk management. Charles currently holds the position of Vice President of Procurement and Risk Management at TreeHouse Foods since February 2023. Prior to this, Charles worked at Tyson Foods where they had various roles including Vice President of Procurement and Risk Management from November 2021 to February 2023, Managing Director of Procurement and Risk Management from November 2020 to November 2021, and Senior Director of Procurement and Risk Management from November 2015 to November 2020. Before joining Tyson Foods, Charles worked at Hillshire Brands as the Director/Principal Economist of Prepared Foods from July 2012 to September 2014. Charles also gained valuable experience at Sara Lee where they held the positions of Director/Principal Economist from July 2009 to June 2012, Senior Manager of Commodities from July 2007 to June 2009, and Manager of Wheat Commodities from October 2005 to June 2007. Charles started their career at Archer Daniels Midland as a Grain Merchandiser in February 1997 and went on to hold various roles including Assistant Plant Manager, General Manager, and Assistant Plant Manager from March 1998 to October 2005.

Charles Adams attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 1993 to 1997. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Agriculture.
