Jill A. Rahman

Jill Rahman is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the food and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for both TreeHouse Foods and Berry Global, Inc., and as Chief Operating Officer at the Greater Chicago Food Depository, Jill leads multifaceted teams across operations, finance, and strategic initiatives. Prior to these roles, Jill held significant positions at Conagra Brands, where leadership of an $850 million international portfolio and a $1 billion brand portfolio was achieved, and at Newell Rubbermaid, where Jill restructured global marketing strategies. Jill’s career also includes a notable tenure at Kraft Foods Group, overseeing key marketing and brand initiatives. Educationally, Jill holds an MBA in Marketing from Indiana University Bloomington and a BBA from Howard University.
