Tungesh Kapil

Tungesh Kapil is an experienced professional in reliability and maintenance systems within the food and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at TreeHouse Foods since December 2020, Tungesh has developed resources for implementing daily management systems at the Cambridge Aseptic facility. Previously held roles include Production Compliance Manager at Sanofi Pasteur, where collaboration across departments improved vaccine manufacturing processes, and Technical Manager at Nestlé Waters, managing substantial budgets and enhancing production efficiency. Throughout a progressive career at Nestlé Waters, Tungesh developed predictive maintenance strategies, coached teams for improved productivity, and successfully completed several continuous improvement projects. Tungesh holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of British Columbia and a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from the University of Ottawa.
