Andrew Hicks

Andrew Hicks is a seasoned leader in agriculture and environmental sustainability, currently serving as Vice President of Programs at Trees for the Future, where efforts focus on enhancing food security and biodiversity in Sub-Saharan Africa. Previous roles include Head of Global Programs at Terraformation, overseeing forest carbon projects, and Director of Program Strategy at Digital Green, enhancing agricultural productivity through digital tools. Andrew has held significant positions at iDE, One Acre Fund, and the Peace Corps, where experiences ranged from business development to program management and community engagement in Tanzania. Educational qualifications include a Master of Agriculture in International Agriculture from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma Christian University, complemented by Lean/Six Sigma certification.
