Hammad Khan has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Hammad began their career in 2005 at Bank Alfalah Limited as an Area Team Manager. Hammad then moved on to Packages Group as a Key Account Manager, where they successfully achieved the team's portfolio sales targets. Hammad later joined Nestle S.A. as a Sales Manager in Karachi, where they were responsible for sales and distribution management.

In 2010, Hammad took on the role of Zonal Sales Manager at Tapal Tea, where they managed sales and merchandising teams and handled out-of-home sales in the South Zone. Hammad also worked at Tata Consumer Products as a National Sales Business Development Manager, overseeing national sales and business development for TATA Global Beverages Limited brands in Pakistan.

Hammad continued their career at Bays International, where they served as the Head of Sales & Trade Marketing for Pakistan and Afghanistan. Their responsibilities included managing sales channels and leading the trade marketing team. Hammad then joined Roshan Packages Limited as the Head of Sales & Marketing before finally joining TREET GROUP as the Head of Sales & Marketing in 2019.
