Katrin Otto

Katrin Otto has extensive experience in reservation sales, currently serving at Treetops Resort since 2012, where responsibilities include planning and booking golf, ski, and family vacations, as well as managing event and tee-time reservations. Additionally, Katrin has been a Reservations Sales Agent at FedEx Ground since April 2011, contributing to quality assurance efforts. Katrin's educational background includes attendance at the University of Michigan from 1996 to 1998 and completion of a Bachelor of Arts degree at Oakland Community College. Further studies were pursued at Wayne State University.
