Tim Matty

Tim Matty is a seasoned professional in recreational maintenance and golf course management, currently serving as the Director of Recreation Maintenance at Treetops Resort since January 2021. Before this role, Tim Matty held the position of Golf Course Superintendent at The Country Club of Detroit from March 2017 to January 2021, following a tenure as Assistant Golf Course Superintendent there. Tim Matty's career in golf course management began as Second Assistant Golf Course Superintendent at The Plateau Club from January 2015 to March 2017. Educationally, Tim Matty graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Turfgrass Science and Plant Pathology from The Ohio State University between 2012 and 2015, and completed high school at Saint Ignatius High School from 2004 to 2008.
