Business Operations Manager at Treetoscope

Maya Rozhkov has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Maya began their career at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they served as the Foreign Students Coordinator and HR Consultant. In this role, they recruited Israeli companies to provide internships for foreign tech-oriented students. Maya then worked at BDO-I2I India Business Consulting as a Foreign Markets Intern, conducting companies and market research and writing content for essays and presentations.

Following this, Maya joined the Israeli Tax Authority as an Export Officer, gaining extensive knowledge of Israeli customs and export processes and regulations. Maya then transitioned to the Foreign Trade Administration - Ministry of Economy and Industry, Israel, where they served as the Chief Trade Officer at the Economic Mission to South China. In this role, they organized B2B events, international high-level delegations, and assessed Israeli companies' readiness to enter the Chinese Market.

Maya later worked as a Business Development Consultant at GEWA Technologies, where they consulted the company on government-endorsed projects and introduced new opportunities in the environmental, medical, and e-commerce sectors. Maya then joined Double-Win Consultancy as a Project Manager, facilitating the establishment of a new high-level entity and initiating business opportunities for Israeli and Chinese companies.

In 2019, Maya joined IMEX Sourcing Service(s) as a Project Manager. Here, they established a New Product Development department, managed international client accounts, and built a lead-generation process. Maya then worked at DigitalMan as an Operation and Project Manager, where they managed day-to-day operations, provided tailored projects to key clients, and streamlined processes for a smoother operation.

Most recently, Maya has been working at HR Home. Maya initially served as a Talent Acquisition Partner, focusing on the semiconductor sphere and the full-fledged recruiting process. Later, they took on the role of Head-Hunting Talent-Acquisition Team Lead, leading a highly trained recruitment team and strategizing and planning recruiting needs for clients while providing market insights. Starting in 2022, they will be joining Treetoscope as a Project Manager.

Maya Rozhkov attended the University of Haifa from 2013 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in East Asian Studies. In 2021, they enrolled in a Hi-Tech career retraining course in Jolt.io, which awarded their a PoMa degree. Prior to that, Maya studied Engineering/Industrial Management at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2012, although the completion of a degree is not mentioned.
