Olli Ylä-Jarkko

Olli began their career as a Process Engineer at Madison Paper Company in April 2004, focusing on optimization and troubleshooting of the paper machine stock preparation area. Olli also has experience as a Project Engineer at MD Lang Papier from January 2003 to January 2004, where they worked on optimization, troubleshooting, and process analysis for PM5. Olli started their professional journey as a Trainee/Thesis worker at Jaakko Pöyry Consulting in March 2001, and before that, they served as a Trainee research scientist at VTT Automation from June 2000 to March 2001.

Olli Ylä-Jarkko pursued their undergraduate education in Chemical Engineering at the Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan from 1996 to 2002. During this period, they earned a Master of Science in Engineering (M.Sc.) degree. In 1999 to 2000, they also attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, focusing on Chemical Engineering.
