Esther Dawn Franck is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business operations and management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Business Operations at Treetown Tech LLC and the Founder & Designer at ioi Design, specializing in commercial and interior design consulting, Esther has previously held significant roles such as Practice Manager at Nichols, Sacks, Slank, Sendelbach, Buiteweg & Solomon, PC, and General Manager at Tutto Interiors. Notable achievements include transforming Brad Keselowski Racing into a thriving organization while managing a large team and operations as the Executive Vice President at Brad Keselowski Inc., as well as leading the growth of a multi-state law firm during tenure as Director of Operations at Randall S. Miller & Associates. Esther is currently pursuing education at the Rhode Island School of Design, building upon prior academic achievements from Rochester High School.
