Amit Kesarwani

Amit Kesarwani has over 12 years of work experience in the technology industry. In 2010, they began their career as the Director of Architecture at Equifax. In 2013, they took on the role of Senior Director of Sales Engineering at Kognitio. In 2014, they became a Principal Sales Consultant at Oracle, and in 2015 they were appointed as the Director of Pre-Sales Engineering at Striim. In 2016, they became the Senior Director of Sales Engineering at Totango and in 2018 they joined DataStax as a Solutions Engineer. In 2019, they were appointed as the Principal Solutions Engineer at Kinetica and in 2021 they became the Principal Technical Sales Engineer at NetSpring and the Director of Solution Architecture - Presales & Services at Treeverse - the lakeFS creators.

Amit Kesarwani obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science & Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee between 1987 and 1991. Amit then obtained a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University in 2004. Prior to this, they attended Birla Vidya Mandir, Nainital, India between 1982 and 1987. In addition to their formal education, Amit has obtained two certifications: Cloudera Certified Administrator for Apache Hadoop (CCAH) from Cloudera in August 2015, and PMP (Project Management Professional) from the Project Management Institute in August 2004.
