Tal Sofer

Tal Sofer has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Starting in 2008, Tal worked as an Intelligence Analyst in the IDF until 2012. In 2015, Tal joined Turbonomic as a Software Engineer Intern, where they gained valuable experience in managing on-premises data centers and hybrid cloud environments. Tal then progressed to become a Software Engineer and later a Manager of the Israel Cloud Excellence Center at Turbonomic. In these roles, Tal was responsible for designing and developing main public cloud features, including a cloud migration feature that facilitated easy migration from on-prem environments to the public cloud or between different cloud service providers. As of 2021, Tal is currently working at Treeverse as an R&D Team Lead, overseeing the team's projects and responsibilities.

Tal Sofer pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Asia studies from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, in 2013, Tal also studied Chinese Studies at Beijing Language and Culture University.
