Elling Hofland

Elling Hofland is the Sr. Manager of Product at Treez. Elling has over 5 years of experience in product management and has previously worked for companies such as Code42, Sportradar, and DraftKings, Inc.

Elling's most recent role was at Code42, where they led a project to overhaul the administrator experience around modern IDM, Security, and IT Administrator personas incorporating least-privilege workflows through smart roles and permissioning. Elling also owned Identity Management and User Management integrations for Single Sign-on and SCIM User Provisioning with IdP's such as Azure AD, Okta, Ping, Google, and OneLogin. In their time at Code42, Elling also led an initiative to separate licensing and licensing enforcement into a purpose-built microservice for a more effective product lifecycle and dynamic feature enforcement.

Prior to Code42, Elling worked as the Technical Product Manager for Sportradar's analytics platform, radar360. In this role, they managed the SDLC for radar360, which is built to empower storytellers with access to endless insights.

Elling's first role in the product management industry was as a Game Strategy Analyst for DraftKings, Inc. Elling worked in this role for 1 year before moving on to Sportradar.

Elling has a wealth of experience in product management and has demonstrated their ability to lead initiatives that result in improved products and user experiences. Elling is currently using their skills to help Treez continue to grow and improve their offerings.
