Chris Helsabeck

Chris Helsabeck has extensive experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on multifamily and mixed-use development. Currently serving as the Managing Director, USA at Trei Real Estate GmbH, Chris is responsible for overseeing US multifamily development and investment. Prior to this, Chris held various leadership positions at companies such as LMC, AvalonBay Communities, and Grubb Properties, where Chris played key roles in developing new communities and projects across different regions. With a BA in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MS in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Chris brings a strong educational background to their work in the real estate sector.
