Devon Pia

Devon Pia has a diverse work experience in the bicycle industry. Devon started as a Bicycle Technician at Albert's Westwood Cycle in 2007 and worked there until 2014. Devon'sresponsibilities included customizations, bike assemblies, and providing recommendations to clients. From 2014 to 2019, Devon served as the General Manager at Mario's Pizza and Pasta, where they led a team, built customer relationships, and managed inventory. Devon then became the Membership Coordinator at the Crested Butte Mountain Bike Association from 2015 to 2016, where they engaged with riders, promoted trail stewardship, and represented the mountain bike community. In 2019, Devon became the Shop Manager at Double Shot Cyclery, overseeing various business functions and managing operations. Following that, they worked as a Shop Manager at Albert's Westwood Cycle from March to December 2022, where they provided exceptional customer service, documented repair service orders, and maintained in-depth product knowledge. Currently, they hold the position of Service Manager and District Service Manager at Trek Bicycle.

Devon Pia attended Western Colorado University from 2015 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration/Recreation Outdoor Education degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. In addition to their degree, Devon also obtained the SRAM STU Technical Certification from SRAM, LLC in February 2020.
