Gopal N.

Gopal N. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Gopal is currently serving as the Co-Founder and CTO of Trek Health since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at LendStreet Financial as the Chief Technology Officer from 2018 to 2022, where they rebuilt the lending platform using micro-services architecture and various technologies such as Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, Docker, Postgres, and AWS.

From 2014 to 2017, Gopal held the position of Director of Engineering at YP, a B2B startup owned by Cerberus Capital. Gopal was responsible for various initiatives, including managing YP's advertiser SaaS portal, implementing SOA, developing RESTful APIs, and leading big data projects.

Before that, Gopal worked at NetApp as a Senior Architect from 2011 to 2014. Gopal led a team in re-architecting and re-developing a web-based LOB application and also built and managed NetApp Realize Application.

At realtor.com, Gopal served as a Software Development Manager in 2012-2013, overseeing the front-end of the website and managing a team of engineers to enhance the user experience.

Gopal also worked at SanDisk as an Architect/Project Lead from 2010 to 2011, where they designed and built a pricing tool for pricing managers. Additionally, Gopal has held roles at MLSListings, Inc, Charles Schwab, Business Engine, and GKBN Technologies, Inc, where they gained experience in engineering, architecture, and software development.

Throughout their career, Gopal has demonstrated expertise in team management, software development, architectural design, and implementing innovative solutions in various industries.

Gopal N. completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Bharathiar University from the years 1990 to 1993. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Applications from the same university, which they completed from 1993 to 1996. In addition to their educational qualifications, Gopal N. has also obtained certifications such as Private Pilot – Single Engine Land from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in April 2014 and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in August 2013.
