Fenil Patel

Fenil Patel is currently a Support Cloud Engineer at Trek10. Prior to that, they were a Project Lead - Process Improvement at enFocus Inc from December 2018 to January 2020. In this role, they managed and led two projects in different industries by creating a project plan and timeline, managing expectations with clients, defining project scope and creating a communication schedule with the clients. Fenil also lead a team of two interns to guide and mentor them through the implementation of a new inventory management software at multiple locations throughout a manufacturing organization and ensured clients that adequate training was being provided to staff and software solution fit the needs for the organization.

Fenil Patel has also outperformed expected timelines by a month for financial analysis by creating a searching, sorting and summing system in python to analyze client’s ledger by individual entry items and determines key statistics to obtain cumulative information and trends broken down by certain categories for further analysis. In addition, they oversaw a team of four employees to perform an analysis on wastage in a food service industry and analyze how labor and food costs are attributing to the annual deficit of the organization and created a preliminary strategy to save 300,000 $ per year.

Additionally, Fenil Patel has lead and created training and support material to train and mentor two teams on using machine learning and data analytics to enhance information obtained from collected data and create data driven solutions for major problems within different projects. Fenil has also generated KPIs to assess the financial health of a food service and processing organization and narrow down potential problematic areas and possible root causes for a 2-million-dollar deficit in the budget. Lastly, they spearheaded a project to create a new database design for a manufacturing organization to ensure database is created with adherence to best practices and maximize efficiency in utilizing data driven decisions.

Fenil Patel has a Master's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Purdue University, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in the same field from the same school. Fenil also holds an International Baccalaureate from an unknown school, as well as an IGCSE from the University of Cambridge. In addition, they have certification from Amazon in Amazon Web Services Machine Learning Specialty and Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate, as well as certification from Udemy in Machine Learning.

Their manager is James Bowyer, Director of CloudOps. They are on a team with Murphy Dudevoir - Cloud Engineer, Michael Joy - Cloud Engineer, and Chelsey Sexton - Cloud Engineer.
