Ifat Tal Havia

CPA Ifat Tal Havia has vast experience in the accounts management of publicly traded companies. Originally part of the BDO Israel team, she acted for 10 years as CFO of a TASE publicly traded software company with over 200 employees. In the past 5 years, Ifat provided CFO services to start-up companies and she is now acting as CFO of the Company, as well as CFO of another ASX listed company – Ultracharge Limited (ASX:UTR). Ms Tal Havia holds a MBA in Business Administration (majoring in financial management and finance) and a degree in Business Administration (majoring in accounting), each from the College of Management, Rishon Lezion, Israel.
