Francisco Coelho

Francisco Coelho has a diverse work experience across various companies. Francisco started their career as an intern at Prefeitura de São Paulo, where they worked as an Estagiário da Escola Municipal de Administração Pública de SP | EMASP from March 2016 to February 2017. Francisco then joined Nubank as a Social Media Analyst | CX from February 2017 to October 2018. In 2019, they worked at Serasa Consumidor as a Consumer Market Intern | CX from July 2019 to October 2019. Francisco then moved on to 99, where they held two roles - Social Media Analyst | CX from December 2019 to December 2020 and later as a Safety Analyst | CX from January 2021 to May 2022. Currently, they are working at Trela as a Community Specialist starting from June 2022.

Francisco Coelho completed their Bachelor's degree in Ciências Humanas (Human Sciences) with a focus in Ciências e Humanidades (Science and Humanities) from Universidade Federal do ABC. Francisco attended this educational institution from 2013 to 2019. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification in "Do Plano ao Monitoramento: Gestão de Crises em Redes Sociais" from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing in May 2021.
