Sheryl Davis

Sheryl Davis, MA, currently serves as a Community Development Program Specialist in the Strategies and Partnerships Branch at York Region, focusing on the Ontario Health Teams Liaison Office since February 2021, and previously contributed to the York Region Public Health COVID-19 Response as a Senior Policy Analyst. Davis's extensive career includes a supervisory role in Corporate Planning and Research at Peel Regional Police, where responsibilities involved leading a team of analysts and coordinating Annual Reports. Early experience includes serving as a Corporate Analyst and Senior Economist at the Ontario Ministry of Finance, along with policy advisory roles in the Deputy Minister's Office and the Provincial Local Finance Secretariat. Sheryl Davis holds an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute and advanced degrees in Political Science and Government from York University and the University of Toronto.
