Stacey Clemens

Stacey Clemens has extensive experience in risk management and regulatory compliance, currently serving as the Founder and Consultant at RegWise Consulting and as a Regulatory Compliance Consultant at Treliant since January 2024. Prior roles include Chief Risk Officer at The Union Bank Company from October 2021 to January 2024, and at County National Bank from March 2020 to October 2021, as well as Chief Risk Officer at First Federal Bank of the Midwest from April 2015 to March 2020. Earlier in the career, Stacey held the position of Director of Corporate Compliance at County National Bank and served as Compliance and CRA Officer at The State Bank and Trust Company. The career began as a Compliance Assistant, BSA and CRA Officer, highlighting a strong foundation in corporate-wide enterprise risk management and regulatory compliance initiatives.
