Ronald Goon

Ronald Goon currently serves as a Compliance & Regulatory Consultant at Sidley Austin LLP since February 2024. Prior to this role, Ronald held the position of Ethics & Business Integrity Head for Greater China at Sanofi from August 2020, where responsibilities included establishing a culture of ethics and compliance across various business units and managing a team in the region. Ronald's extensive experience also includes a tenure at Johnson & Johnson from 1998 to 2020, where notable achievements included the development of compliance programs across the Asia-Pacific region and the successful resolution of a Deferred Prosecution Agreement with the US DOJ. Earlier positions include Regional Regulatory Manager at Covance Asia-Pacific and Regulatory Manager at Ohmeda. Ronald holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology, Immunology, and Genetics from Monash University.
