Hamed Mahmoud

Hamed Mahmoud is the Head of CommOps at Trella. Prior to joining Trella, Mahmoud worked as a Sr. Greenlight Manager at Uber from March 2017 to December 2019. In this role, they were responsible for managing Greenlight offices in Egypt. From April 2013 to March 2017, Mahmoud worked as a Senior Associate at CI Capital Holding, where they were responsible for investment banking. From May 2010 to March 2013, they worked as an equity analyst at Beltone Financial, where they were responsible for covering the consumer goods and F&B sectors in the MENA region.

Hamed Mahmoud's educational career began with him attending the International School of Choueifat Cairo for high school. Afterwards, they attended The German University in Cairo where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree with a double major in finance and international business. Finally, they participated in an executive education program at Harvard Business School Online focused on Uber strategy and leadership through case-based learning.
