Saad Irfan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. In 2014, they began their career as a Travel Consultant at The Golden Travel & Tourism. Saad then joined the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority as an intern in 2019. Following this, they worked as a Freight Forwarder at Golden Cargo Services Jeddah from 2019 to 2020. In 2018, Saad became the Head of Logistics at Pakistan Book Bank and Students Coalition for Literacy, where they served until 2020. In 2020, they joined West Group as an Operations Executive, managing depot operations and container management. From 2021 to 2022, Saad worked as a Sales Marketing Executive at Naqleen Co. Ltd, where they acquired and maintained clients, performed quality assurance duties, and extracted demand from existing clients. In 2022, they joined Butterfly Travel and Tourism as a Marketing Specialist, a role they held until 2023. Currently, Saad is employed at Trella as a Customer Success Specialist.

Saad Irfan attended The University of Lahore from 2016 to 2020, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management. Saad'sfield of study was focused on Aviation/Airway Management and Operations. In addition to their degree, they also obtained additional certifications. In August 2021, Saad completed the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Awareness & Internal Audit Training Course from the Bureau Veritas Group. Furthermore, in February 2015, they obtained a certification in Galileo from Travelport.
