Samia Hagrass

Samia Hagrass has a diverse work experience. In 2016, they worked as a Coach at Move Fitness. In 2017, they were an Executive at Tayarah Digital Media Agency. Starting in 2018, they joined Endeavor Egypt, where they held various roles including Analyst, Junior Associate, and Senior Associate. In 2020, they transitioned to Trella, where they worked as a CX Coordinator until February 2022. Samia then took on roles as a CX Lead, Control Tower Lead, and currently holds the position of Central Ops | Control Tower at Trella since September 2022.

Samia Hagrass completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing, from The American University in Cairo. Samia attended the university from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained their German Abitur from Deutsche Schule der Borromaerinnen, where they studied from 2002 to 2014. Additionally, they hold a certification as an L1 Crossfit Trainer from CrossFit, Inc.
