Paul Richardson

Paul Richardson is an experienced software engineering and database administration professional with a comprehensive background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Germantown Technologies since June 2022 and as a Senior SQL Database Administrator and Team Leader at Trellance since February 2020, Paul has demonstrated expertise in SQL performance tuning, database design, and application support across various organizations. Previous roles include Senior DBA and Sybase Subject Matter Expert at Citigroup, where critical legacy financial data models were improved, and Senior DBA and architect positions at Nielsen and ACS, focusing on enhancing performance and developing systems in compliance with industry standards.
