Based in Minneapolis, Trellis Mgmt, formerly BDC Management Co., has managed residential and commercial properties in the Twin Cities and surrounding communities since 1990. BDC was acquired by Community Housing Development Corporation (CHDC, owner and developer of affordable housing in Minnesota) in 2019.
