Donita Lowery is an experienced customer service and banking professional with a strong background in loan recovery and claims assistance. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Trellis Company since August 2013, Lowery has provided support to borrowers under subcontract for the Department of Education, particularly during the challenges presented by COVID-19. Previous roles include Claims Representative for the Texas Unemployment Agency and Recovery Specialist assisting borrowers in default on federal student loans. Prior to these positions, Lowery held the role of Customer Contact Associate at OneWest Bank, where guidance was provided to borrowers at risk of foreclosure. Additionally, Lowery served as City President and Branch Manager at Britton & Koontz Bank in Vicksburg. Educational qualifications include diplomas in Bank Management from both the Graduate School of Banking at LSU and the Florida School of Banking.
