Sougata Tapadar

Sougata Tapadar is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in customer success and technical support within the network security domain. Currently serving as a Staff Customer Success Engineer at Trellix since January 2022, Sougata possesses hands-on expertise in Network Security products such as IPS, NDR, Email Security, and Web Security, along with a solid understanding of TCP/IP protocols. Prior to Trellix, Sougata worked at McAfee as a Senior Team Lead from January 2008 to December 2021, where responsibilities included managing a support team and training new hires. Earlier experience includes roles as a Network Engineer at Wipro Infotech and as a Lab Instructor at Acharya Institute of Management and Sciences. Sougata holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University and an MBA in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University.
