Zina al Taie

Zina Al Taie, MBA, currently serves as the Sr. People Analytics Leader at Trellix since July 2021, where responsibilities include leading analytics projects and enhancing people decision-making processes. As a founding member of the Society for People Analytics since August 2024, Zina has also contributed as a People Analytics Partner at McAfee and held a similar role at Neovia Logistics, where Zina implemented various analytics initiatives to drive talent-oriented culture. Previous experience includes data analyst positions at Benefit Harbor and Reddy Ice, along with significant HR roles at Aramex and Ooredoo, focusing on employee relations and HR system migrations. Zina holds an MBA from the University of Hull and a BSc in Statistics from the University of Baghdad.
