Jose Gonzalez is a seasoned Quality Assurance professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Accenture since August 2022, Jose specializes in testing Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems for government medical programs, writing and executing both automated and manual IVR scripts, and collaborating with teams to enhance user experience.
