Nick Corso-Passaro

Nick Corso-Passaro has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Nick is currently serving as the Conversational AI Lead at Trellus Health since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at IPsoft from 2016 to 2021, holding various positions including Customer Experience Manager, Senior R&D Engineer, Senior Solutions Engineer, and Cognitive Implementation Engineer/Technical Lead. At IPsoft, they contributed to the development of the Amelia platform, designed and developed a new product called Conductor, and automated processes to streamline project delivery. Before joining IPsoft, they worked at Deutsche Bank as a Production Management Associate in 2015, where they supported low latency electronic trading applications and automated legacy processes. Nick also worked at KWI as a Jr. Systems Administrator from 2012 to 2015 and at New York Institute of Technology as a Resident Advisor and Resident Assistant from 2012 to 2015.

From 2011 to 2015, Nick Corso-Passaro attended the New York Institute of Technology, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
