Jeff Parmelee

Jeff Parmelee has over two decades of experience in customer service and management across various retail and commercial sectors. Currently serving as the US Customer Service Manager at Tremco Commercial Sealants & Waterproofing since August 2017, Jeff has held multiple titles within the company, including Pricing Supervisor and Quote/Cost Coordinator. Prior to this, Jeff was a Store Manager at Harbor Freight Tools and held several managerial roles at Staples, including General Manager. Earlier career positions include Regional Manager and District Manager at J. L. Hammett, Co., as well as a Store Manager position there. Jeff's experience also includes a role as Hardlines Manager at Kmart Corporation. Academically, Jeff holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Kent State University and a Post Graduate degree in History from Arizona State University.
