Kathleen Schirmer

Kathleen Schirmer, CSI, AWCI-CEP, is a seasoned technical sales professional with extensive experience in the construction and building materials industry. Since March 2021, Kathleen has served as a Technical Sales Representative at Tremco Commercial Sealants & Waterproofing. Prior to this role, Kathleen held various positions including Market Development Manager at Ply Gem, Account Manager at Boise Cascade Company, and Territory Sales Manager for the Mid Atlantic Region at Novik. Kathleen's background also includes significant experience as a District Sales Manager at Simonton Windows, where coverage and development of a multi-million dollar territory in Virginia and Maryland was achieved, as well as Outside Builder Sales at Ferguson Enterprises focusing on high-end builders and designers. Educational achievements include studies at Tidewater Community College and Upper Perkiomen High School.
