Caroline Yek

Caroline Yek is an accomplished professional in the construction products industry, currently serving as the R&D Head for the Asia Pacific region at Tremco Construction Products Group since January 2021. Previously, Caroline dedicated over 17 years at Sika, where roles included Head of R&D for Flooring, Coating & Structural Adhesive in Sika China, overseeing product formulation and development to meet business needs, as well as Head of Product Development and Head of QC Department, ensuring quality management and technical support. Caroline's expertise encompasses floorings, paints, coatings, and various construction materials. Academically, Caroline holds a Master of Engineering in Materials Science from South China University of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biology from Campbell University.
