Paul Matthews

Paul Matthews is an accomplished sales leader with significant experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Director of Sales for North America at TREMEC since 2022, Paul has previously held the position of Assistant Director of Business Development at Gestamp North America from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, Paul worked at Magna International for 16 years in various roles, including Sales & Business Manager, Business Development Engineer, and Engineering Group Leader. Paul began the career at Daimler Chrysler as a Production/Maintenance Supervisor and held a Project Engineer position at Linamar Corporation. Paul holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ryerson University.
