Valerie Decosta

Valerie DeCosta currently serves as the Head of Marketing Strategy & Operations at Tremendous, having joined the company in September 2025. Prior to this role, Valerie spent more than three years at Calm, where responsibilities included managing marketing operations, scaling go-to-market strategies, and implementing multi-touch attribution models. Valerie's earlier experience includes significant roles at Rapid7, where management of marketing operations supported the company’s growth in cybersecurity, and at Upserve, contributing to the company’s rebranding and operational optimization. Valerie began a career in marketing operations at SmartBear Software, managing marketing automation and database training. Valerie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Franklin Pierce University.
