Diane Papadakos

Diane Papadakos has been actively involved in the finance industry for several years. Diane started their career at East Cambridge Savings Bank in 2013, where they held the positions of Vice President and Director of Marketing for the duration of their tenure. In this role, they were responsible for growing the bank's assets and customer base, contributing to the bank's achievement of $1 billion in assets. Additionally, they actively participated in a core conversion enterprise effort.

In 2017, Diane transitioned to Tremont Credit Union as their Chief Growth Officer. In this role, they have been responsible for driving growth by bringing in deposits and loans, expanding locations, and overseeing staff. Notably, they successfully managed a recent core conversion while working remotely.

Throughout their work experience, Diane has proven herself as a dedicated and successful leader in the finance industry, consistently contributing to the growth and success of the organizations they have been a part of.

Diane Papadakos has a strong educational background with a focus on communication and management. Diane completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, General from the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1985 to 1989. During their time at the university, they also studied Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, and Spanish. Following their undergraduate studies, Diane pursued further education at Bay Path University, where they earned a Masters of Science degree in Communication & Information Management from 2000 to 2003. Later, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Bay Path University between 2003 and 2005.
