MacGregor Hudson

Macgregor Hudson is an Associate Attorney at Trenam Law, specializing in business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, and contract negotiation. Since August 2021, Macgregor has provided counsel on various corporate matters, with extensive experience in drafting and revising multi-million dollar purchase agreements and performing due diligence. Prior to this role, Macgregor served as In-House Counsel for Flowers Foods & Subsidiaries, where responsibilities included revising contracts, researching legal issues, and assisting in the development of risk mitigation strategies. Macgregor also gained valuable experience during a legal internship at Citi and completed earlier roles focusing on strategic analysis and research. Macgregor holds a Doctor of Law degree from Florida State University College of Law, as well as an MBA and a BS in Finance from Florida State University.
