Paul Bain is an accomplished attorney and partner at Trenam Law, where expertise in eminent domain and property rights litigation has been applied for over 25 years. Since joining Trenam Law in October 2011, Paul has represented a diverse range of clients across Florida, managing cases involving more than 100,000 acres of property. Prior experience includes co-founding a boutique firm dedicated to the same legal focus in 2000, and progressing to a partner at Gaylord Merlin Ludovici Diaz & Bain after starting with a civil litigation firm in 1993. Paul holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Stetson University.
