Michael Hartleben

Michael Hartleben serves as the General Counsel at Trench Group, a global manufacturer specializing in high-voltage grid components. Previously, Michael held the position of General Counsel and Company Secretary at DSI Underground Group, a company engaged in mining and tunneling safety product manufacturing. Prior to that role, Michael was Head of Legal and Insurance at Martrade Group, where responsibilities included advising the Founder & CEO and overseeing strategic M&A and joint ventures. Michael's earlier experience includes a Deputy Director role at SCHNEIDER GROUP, where legal and commercial needs were aligned, as well as an Associate position at Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev & Partners, focusing on International Commercial Arbitration and M&A. Michael's legal career commenced with a legal internship at Thomson Reuters.
