Stefano Carlo Caletti

Stefano Carlo Caletti is an experienced sales leader currently serving as Head of Sales for APAC, EMEA, and LATAM at Trench Group since April 2024. Previously, Caletti held the position of Head of Sales EMEA for Bushings, Instrument Transformers and Coil at Siemens Energy from October 2020 to April 2024, where responsibilities included managing sales worth EUR 120 million and directing a new sales team across EMEA regions. Before this role, Caletti also served in a similar capacity at Siemens from October 2015 to September 2020 and as Regional Sales Manager for High Voltage Products. Caletti's earlier experience includes roles as Regional Marketing Manager at Trench Group and Sales Engineer at Comparato, where responsibilities encompassed customer relationship management, business development, and technical product design. Caletti holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Genoa.
