Susan Faucheux

Susan Faucheux is an accomplished eLearning Specialist and Instructional Designer with extensive experience in developing digital learning solutions. Currently at Trend Micro, Susan designs eLearning courses focused on Trend Micro products and tools. Previous roles include Instructional Designer at Optum360, where Susan's eLearning initiatives significantly reduced collection defects, and at Blue Cross and Blue Shield, leading instructional design for the Government Solutions organization. Earlier experiences at Medsynergies, American Career College, HP, and Electronic Data Systems further refined Susan's training and project management skills across diverse industries. Susan holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of New Orleans, along with a certificate in Instructional Design.
