Shariful Islam is the current Manager of Operations at Trends Bird. Prior to this, they worked as an Assistant Manager of Marketing for Amar Codex for 3 years and 3 months. Shariful also has 6 years and 1 month of experience working as a Purchase & Commercial Manager for Bongshai Engineering & Construction Co Ltd. Shariful has extensive experience in the field of operations and marketing, and their work has helped contribute to the success of both Trends Bird and Amar Codex.

Shariful Islam has a Master of Business Administration from Stamford University Bangladesh, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stamford University Bangladesh, and an HSC from Modhupur Shahid Smriti Higher Secondary School. Shariful has been studying business since 2000.
