Rachel Leos

Rachel Leos has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and companies. Rachel is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Trendway Corporation since 2020. Prior to this, Rachel held the position of Director of US Operations at Custom Profile from 2015 to 2020, where they demonstrated their expertise in delivering value creation, cost savings, and leading a team with significant responsibilities.

Before that, Rachel was the Director of Manufacturing at Arden Companies from 2012 to 2015, where they successfully executed manufacturing cost reduction strategies and achieved remarkable operational efficiencies.

Rachel also worked at Multi Packaging Solutions (MPS) from 2002 to 2012, holding multiple roles including General Manager, Director of Operations, and Quality Systems & Regulatory Manager. During their tenure, Rachel showcased their leadership skills and contributed to the company's accelerated growth, operational transformation, and quality system improvements.

Rachel's earlier work experience includes the role of Quality Manager at Johnson Outdoors from 1998 to 2001, where they made significant contributions in reducing the cost of quality through defect rate reductions and implementing effective training programs.

Rachel Leos obtained their Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Canterbury, where they attended from 1988 to 1992. Rachel later pursued their MBA at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 2007 to 2009.
