Alper Yazgan

Alper Yazgan is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Engineering Team Lead at Trendyol Group since January 2021, overseeing in-house application development and leading agile best practices. Previously, Yazgan held roles such as IT Operations Team Lead and Senior System Engineer at Trendyol Group, where responsibilities included team management, performance evaluation, project planning, and mentoring. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior System Administrator at Vaillant Group, managing IT service management processes, and as Head of Information Technology Operations at Global Kapital Group, implementing ITIL practices. Yazgan also possesses a strong foundation in IT project management from tenure at Teda Bilgi Teknolojileri and technical support at earlier positions.
