Tomás Eiró

Tomás Eiró is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and program management within the transportation and logistics sectors. Currently, Tomás serves as the Head of EU Operations and Head of Customer Returns - International B2C at Trendyol Group since November 2021. Previously, Tomás held multiple senior roles at Amazon between June 2017 and December 2021, including Senior Program Manager and Network Program Manager, focusing on transportation network design and performance evaluation. Consultancy work for the Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai as an Invited Expert in Shared Mobility was conducted in late 2018. Tomás also co-founded Luis Martínez Consultores, Lda, contributing to public transportation initiatives in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area and worked on Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans with TIS - Transportes, Inovação e Sistemas. Educational credentials include a PhD in Transportation/Mobility Management from Instituto Superior Técnico and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, along with degrees in Civil Engineering and Electrical and Computer Engineering.
